Nadine Lewis is a Seasoned Litigator, Lobbyist and Public Speaker.
The firm focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions and litigation including the new IRS Opportunity Zone Funds. Nadine represents litigants in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura County Superior Courts. Nadine is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Lewis recently completely a term on the Consumer Financial Services Committee for the State Bar of California as one of the voices for consumers on all financial service matters including the Homeowner’s Bill of Rights and the FDCPA. Nadine has experience with many start up companies drafting private placement memorandum, business plans and performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions including procuring start up capital.
The firm represents clients for all programs under the IRS Fresh Start Program, including Offer in Compromise and Payment Plans.
Ms. Lewis can expedite and negotiate tax liens to facilitate the sale of real property with the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and the IRS.

As a nascent attorney in 1995, Nadine was a founding board member of Break the Cycle, a 501c(3) non-profit organization that provides legal representation and education for teenage victims of dating violence. Nadine worked as an advocate to help pass legislation in support of teenage victims of dating violence, which began her passion for lobbying.
Nadine had been involved with Students Against Drunk Driving in high school and so it was a natural transition for her to work with the California Highway Patrol and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) to help pass legislation that would require the use of Ignition Interlock Devices for all first-time DUI offenders. She has been a speaker for the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA), the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) and many other state & local law enforcement agencies. Nadine made regular appearances in national and local media to bring public awareness to the lifesaving technology of Ignition Interlock Devices during her term as President of the National Association of Ignition Interlock Providers.
Nadine traveled to Washington D.C. as the in-house lobbyist and Vice President of Government Relations & Business Development for MMR Information Systems Inc., Nadine worked on legislation to further the Presidential Mandate to have Electronic Health Records for every American by the year 2014. She was a member of the advocacy and public policy organization HIMMS in Washington DC. Nadine was also a regular participant in the Health & Human Services (HHS) committee dubbed the “American Health Information Community,” which made Electronic Health Records adoption its top priority.
Nadine teaches continuing legal education (CLE) for various organizations including the California Lawyers Association, the State Bar of California Consumer Finance Committee and for the Santa Monica Bar Association.
